Question:

 

I am thinking of filing for bankruptcy.I have two mortgages but now have no job. When i got the mortgage i was making good money but that was a year ago. I have been paying every thing with my saving and help from my parents. will i be charged with fraud because i did not tell the banks about my change in income.

No you will not be charged with fraud as you did not provide any false information. Your circumstances have just changed since you obtained the mortgages.
